Trieste.Green Food Lab: 6 eventi per capire olio, formaggio e vino

From 26 February the LAG Carso organizes the "Trieste.Green Food Lab", with six events of discovery and fun useful to deepen the taste and sense of extra virgin oils and cheeses produced between Karst and Istria but also to know the farmers themselves.

The meetings will be guided by the words of trainers of national level useful to better understand the value and aromas of local cheeses and oils. Among the guests, there will be the Friulian producer Michele Gortani, taster and producer of cheese and the Tuscan Francesca Baldereschi, of Slow Food Italia, editorial manager of the "Guide to Extra Virgin Olive Oil", published by Slow Food Editore.
