Trieste.Green Food Lab: 6 eventi per capire olio, formaggio e vino
Since 26th February, the GAL Carso has been organizing the "Trieste.Green Food Labs", with six discovery and fun events useful for learning more about the taste and meaning of extra virgin olive oils and cheeses produced between the Karst and Istria but also for getting to know the farmers themselves.
The meetings will be guided by the words of national level trainers who are useful for better understanding the value and aromas of local cheeses and oils. Among the foreign guests, there will be the Friulian producer Michele Gortani, taster and producer of cheeses and the Tuscan Francesca Baldereschi, of Slow Food Italy, editorial manager of the "Guide to Extra Virgin Olive Oils", published by Slow Food Editore.
