The Italy of extra virgin olive oil to be discovered at Olio Capitale: from 10 to 12 March 2023 will take place the 15th edition of the exhibition of typical and quality extra virgin olive oils, the main trade fair dedicated to extra virgin olive oil in Italy.
You will find hundreds of extra virgin olive oil producers from all Italian olive-growing regions and from abroad gathered in the convention centre in Trieste’s Porto Vecchio, where you will be able to meet them directly and buy the right oil from them. In addition, you will be able to learn from the experts – at your disposal at the Oil Bar – how to taste and choose a good oil, distinguishing the merits and faults of different products, and take free mini-tasting courses by registering at the fair reception.
